Our clubhouse offers two separate rooms for daily use by community residents. It has a full working kitchen, including refrigerator, microwave, stove, sink and cabinets for storage.
Cost: $250 rental + $1000 deposit per day with a signed rental agreement. Free for parties up to 12 people. All garbage must be taken to the dumpster, furniture returned to its original state, and broom swept. Any violations will result in fines and suspension of amenity privileges. Rules are subject to change without notice.
